From a LEGO® robot to a self-printed part to a working program: during the autumn holidays your child spends every morning on real tech projects. Small group, all materials on site. Right in the centre of Steinhausen.

Programme

One week, one robot, one mini-competition.

Monday you build your robot. Tuesday and Wednesday you teach it to move and react. Thursday you design a custom part and 3D-print it. Friday all teams face off in a mini-competition, and parents join in for the final showcase.

We get to know the kit, form teams and build the robot that becomes your project for the whole week.

We teach the robot to move on its own — forwards, backwards, in curves, all controlled by code you write.

Materials included: robotics sets, 3D printers and filament, laptops and software, all on site.

Break: short snack break between the project blocks. Please send a snack and a water bottle. No lunch needed, camp ends at 12:00.

Common questions.

How much does the morning camp cost and what's included?
The Morning Camp Autumn 2026 is CHF 350 for five mornings (Mon to Fri). All sessions, all materials (robotics sets, laptops, 3D printers, consumables) and coaching are included. Camp ends at 12:00, so no lunch needed.
What age range is the camp for?
The camp is open to kids and teens aged 8 to 19. We start each child where they are and tailor the projects and difficulty individually, so beginners and advanced kids both make real progress.
My child has never programmed or built a robot. Is that OK?
Yes, absolutely. The camp is open to everyone, from first-timers to competition kids. Guided project blocks, individual coaching and a clear daily structure make it easy to start.
What happens if fewer than 6 kids register?
If fewer than 6 children register, the camp does not take place. In that case, you pay nothing and we let you know in good time.
Do we need to bring devices or materials?
No. Robotics sets, laptops, 3D printers and consumables are all on site. Your child only brings a snack, water bottle and comfortable clothes.
What are drop-off and pick-up times?
Arrival from 08:45, camp starts at 09:00. Pick-up is at 12:00, the school is open until 12:15. If you need a slightly later pick-up, just mention it in the form.
What does a typical morning look like?
Two guided project blocks with a snack break in between. The full per-day schedule is further up on this page.
How do we get there by public transport or car?
Bus stops Zug Ammannsmatt or Steinhausen Sumpfstrasse, train station Zug Chollermülli. Parking for parents is right in front of the building.
